How can I participate in the Fidelity Program?
Simply register at Vino.com and start making purchases (starting from January 28, 2025). The program is not active for purchases in the following countries: Netherlands.
How do I receive my Fidelity Card?
Your virtual Fidelity Card is automatically activated in your user area as soon as your first Fidelity Points are credited. You can monitor your points balance anytime.
What is the cost to join the program?
Participation in the program is entirely free.
How can I earn Fidelity Points?
Earn Fidelity Points on every purchase made with your account, except for orders shipped to the following countries: Netherlands. For every euro spent you earn 10 Fidelity Points. Additionally, selected products offer Bonus Fidelity Points, giving you the opportunity to collect even more! Look for the bonus Fidelity Points displayed next to the product price. Points are automatically credited to your account once your purchase is complete.
Are any products excluded from the program?
The entire Vino.com catalogue participates in the Fidelity Points collection program.
What happens to my Fidelity Points if I cancel an order?
If an order is cancelled, any Fidelity Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
How can I check my Fidelity Points balance?
You can view your Fidelity Points balance anytime by visiting the Fidelity Card page in your user area.
When can I use my Fidelity Points?
Fidelity Points earned from a purchase will appear immediately in your user area and can be used 15 days after the purchase, provided the order has not been canceled or modified.
Do Fidelity Points expire?
Yes, Fidelity Points have an expiration date, which is clearly displayed on the Fidelity Card page in your user area. Expiration dates are always at least one year from the credit date.
Can I transfer Fidelity Points to another account?
No, Fidelity Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account that earned them.
How can I redeem my Fidelity Points?
To redeem your Fidelity Points, add your chosen products to the cart. At the final stage of checkout, you can decide to redeem your points or continue accumulating them. If you choose to redeem, simply select one of the available discount options. Discounts apply to orders above a certain amount, excluding shipping fees or additional charges. Note that points cannot be redeemed for orders shipped to the the following countries: Netherlands.
Can I use Fidelity Points with other coupons?
Yes, Fidelity Points can be combined with other coupons during checkout, unless otherwise specified in the terms of the offer. Please note that the total discount amount must not exceed the value of the products, excluding shipping fees and additional charges.
