The figure of the lawyer brings to mind the classic style of an ancient profession linked to tradition. To the codes, to the laws, to the courtrooms, we associate the idea of something serious and solemn, rather severe and austere. If, to some extent, the profession also reflects the character of the people, then in choosing a wine to give to a lawyer we will move in this territory, relying on the labels of consolidated and shared success. VINO75 offers you a selection of high profile wines, which are part of the consolidated panorama of the excellence of Italian enology.
Let's start from the most prestigious cuvée of the Bellavista house , which is produced only in the best vintages: the Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut Vittorio Moretti Riserva Millesimato, a Classic Method made with the grapes of the best parcels of the Estate. The minimum aging on the lees is 7 years and the wine gives a rich, intense, complex and persistent bouquet. We continue with another Classic Method of great personality: the Trento DOC Giulio Ferrari Riserva by Ferrari's Founder Millesimato . A sparkling wine that represents the spearhead of the famous Trentino house and is refined for 10 years on the lees. The bouquet is fresh and fragrant, embellished with beautiful evolutionary notes. On the palate it relaxes in a deep sip, supported by an intact acid vein.
For whites we start with a Collio wine that has made history: Jermann's Venezia Giulia IGT Bianco Vintage Tunina . A cuvée of sauvignon, chardonnay, yellow ribolla, malvasia and picolit, which expresses all the richness, harmony and elegance of Friuli wines. We move to South Tyrol from one of the most famous brands in the region: Elena Walch with her Alto Adige DOC Chardonnay Riserva Castel Ringberg . The wine ferments and ages in barriques and presents itself with complex and harmonious aromas of ripe fruit, exotic hints and woody memories.
Also for the reds, the choice favored two historic and famous Italian denominations: Barolo and Brunello di Montalcino. Among the noble wines of the Langhe we choose the Barolo DOCG Bricco Rocche di Ceretto. A label born in one of the most prized cru of Castiglione Falletto and expresses itself with an elegant floral bouquet and small berries. The sip is deep, persistent and expresses all the power and finesse of the great Barolos. Among the Montalcino wines we have chosen the most classic of the classics: Biondi Santi's Brunello di Montalcino Tenuta Greppo DOCG. A symbol of Tuscany wine, appreciated worldwide as one of the best reds of our peninsula. It expresses all the character and intense personality of the Sangiovese in a robe of rare elegance.
