The wines to pair with buffalo mozzarella

For its production, only whole fresh buffalo milk from certified dairies operating in the DOP area is used. Once ready, the buffalo mozzarella is stored in the government liquid. It has a light white external film, smooth and a few millimeters thick. Another wine that goes very well is a young Falanghina , from Benevento or Campi Flegrei , with fresh fruity and floral aromas and a lively final freshness.
