White wines

Bianchisti are born or made. In fact, it is possible to appreciate wines more for their lightness or freshness, and therefore acidity, than for the structure and the more or less integrated tannin typical of a red. Or it's just a matter of occasion or combination. With the necessary exceptions, white wine is the perfect drink for an aperitif, especially when bubbles are not much loved, ideal to accompany traditionally undemanding dishes such as white meats and fish or vegetables.

There is no shortage of whites with an out of the ordinary history, those you do not expect: whites aged in barriques, also Riserva, or produced from red grapes, vines hardly beaten by varietal aromas that attest to their unmistakable identity.
