Located on the rolling Florentine hills , the Pozzolatico dei Conti Vannicelli farm extends for 100 hectares in the valley at the foot of Impruneta and produces exclusive Tuscan wines with passion and devotion, in full respect of the culture and traditions of the place. From the fourteenth-century tower that dominates the landscape, it is possible to see the nearby city of Florence, in a landscape of inestimable beauty that is lost in sight. The company philosophy is based exclusively on quality, from the vineyard to the vinification in the cellar ; for this reason, in each bottle, one finds the full potential of a huge territory. The vines of Sangiovese, Cabernet, Merlot Syrah, Chardonnay, Canaiolo, Malvasia and Trebbiano are grown in the vineyards and vinification takes place in the splendid sixteenth-century cellars , where modern wines come to life: starting with Igitur , a red that is produced with Sangiovese grapes together with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and which is expertly aged in barrique, where it acquires thickness and depth . Not to mention Toscana Rosso Sigillo : hints of cherry and raspberry enriched with elegant notes, typical of aging in wood. Excellent to drink also in meditation.
