Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze represents the highest quality typology of Prosecco in the Valdobbiadene area, the maximum expression of this denomination, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Produced in a Cru of only 107 hectares in the shape of a pentagon, extended around Cartizze, it is considered the best of Prosecco, sparkling almost exclusively in the Dry version. Here microclimate and soil generate a natural oasis for cultivation, promoting the growth of healthy vines and giving Cartizze wine unique characteristics and particular value. This exclusivity of his microzone earned him the title of Golden Pentagon.

Characterized by a straw yellow color, with bright reflections that vary from pastel to golden hues, and by a dense foam with fine and persistent perlage, Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze expresses elegant and harmonious hints of white-fleshed fruit on the nose. apple and pear, enriched with fresh and overwhelming notes of citrus, peach, rose and almond, in the finish.
