Tor de 'Falchi is a modern wine cathedral located in the enchanting area of Minervino Murge in Castel Del Monte, in Puglia .

The estate, which also takes the name of "MirVita Opificium Arte-Vino", combines wine, art and territory taking inspiration from the vein of Suprematism, an artistic avant-garde founded by Kazimir Malevich who interprets art linked to the perception of emotions and free expression. Thus the Tor de 'Falchi project is projected on technological and architectural innovation, in particular on works aimed at saving energy and protecting the environment .

Another node is the preservation and enhancement of indigenous vines such as Nero di Troia, Aglianico, Fiano and Montepulciano, which has earned the company the recognition of "Rural project of excellence" by the Ministry of Agriculture.

The range of wines consists of: "Suprematism" , name dedicated to the artistic vocation current, produced by Bombino Nero, is the first rosé in Italy DOCG, but also the winner of the award in Japan as the best wine for accompanying sushi ; “Boamundus” (91/100 pt.
