In the uncontaminated and wild Maremma, for more than twenty years Terenzi has been telling the story of a land that has much to give to the world, that of Scansano. The winery has succeeded, with care and passion, in giving Sangiovese the opportunity to express all its potential .

Morellino di Scansano Riserva Madrechiesa (Tre Bicchieri Gambero Rosso) represents the selection of a single vineyard. A great pure Sangiovese that, since the first vintage in production (2009), has been able to rewrite the references of the Sangiovese of southern Tuscany, bringing Maremma back into the spotlight of critics and the market. Characterized by a ruby red color, the nose opens with an intense and persistent bouquet with hints of blackcurrant, strawberry trees, black pepper and tobacco. On the palate it has grit, elegance and the sip is decidedly juicy and deep . Perfect to accompany red meats and roasts, it is ideal in combination with mature cheeses.
