Tenuta Meraviglia

It is almost impossible to remain indifferent to the vineyards located on the top of the hill overlooking the Bolgheri coast and whose destiny is written in their name: Tenuta Meraviglia . The 30 hectares planted with Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon , owned by Dievole , the historic Chianti Classico brand, are managed with viticulture oriented towards natural and eco-sustainable agricultural practices . Even in the cellar fermentation, which spontaneously takes place with only native yeasts , takes place in raw cement vats that guarantee the micro-oxygenation of the must and aging is entrusted to large French oak barrels , which preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes.

Thus were born the Bolgheri Vermentino , a fresh and savory white, with notes of yellow pulp fruit and aromatic herbs, and the Bolgheri Rosso (90 pt James Suckling) , elegant and structured, with a long and persistent finish.
