The Serafini & Vidotto farm was founded in 1986 thanks to the passion of the two winemakers and farmers, Francesco Serafini and Antonello Vidotto. The winery is located in the rolling hills of the DOC area of Montello-Colli Asolani, an area that has always been suited to the production of red wines, where the company cultivates vineyards respecting the environment, always observing the rhythms and criteria of compatible agriculture and intelligent, thus managing to obtain quality wines, with ripe and healthy grapes. The constant research and experimentation of modern winemaking processes, the care and attention in the cultivation of the vine and the protection of the surrounding nature, are the values that constantly guide the cellar. The most famous wine of the winery is Montello and Colli Asolani "Il Rosso dell'Abazia" , a Bordeaux blend that has been awarded the highest recognition by the Gambero Rosso guide for 19 times .
