San Salvatore 1988
the buffalo cellar
San Salvatore stands in a land with optimal pedo-climatic conditions where the Greeks had planted their vineyards already 3000 years ago: the Cilento National Park. The buffalo becomes a distinctive graphic sign of the San Salvatore organic-biodynamic winery, which combines the wine production with buffalo mozzarella.
Each wine has its own characteristics based on the place from which it originates and takes its name from the villages in the area to further strengthen the link with the Cilento territory: Piani di Stio, Paestum, Palinuro, Calpazio, Trentenare, Vetere and Jungano, all IGT.
A special mention deserves the Trentenare wine which for its quality has been awarded the prestigious prize of the 3 glasses of the Gambero Rosso .
