Here the sugar cane is grown in over three hundred hectares of land rich in humidity, finding the ideal conditions for perfect growth and thus providing a top quality material.

The production techniques are traditional : the juice extracted from the sugar canes is processed in stills according to the principles of continuous distillation, and then the rum obtained is aged in wooden barrels of different sizes, for a period of time never less than three years.
