Rainoldi - Pure expressions of the Valtellinese territory

When you think of Valtellina, the Aldo Rainoldi winery immediately comes to mind, a company that becomes the bearer of value of this territory, combining the important tradition that it inherits and that has been handed down from generation to generation from 1925, constant attention to the evolutions of the tastes, remaining a fixed point for the quality of the wines produced.

Two Sfursat, the most prized of the Valtellinesi, made from the drying of Nebbiolo grapes in dry and well-ventilated rooms, called "fruit trees " are part of the range : the Sforzato Fruttaio Ca 'Rizzieri 2015 (Three Glasses for the guidance of the Gambero Rosso), coming from the Valgella and Grumello, and the Sforzato di Valtellina . Among the most representative wines of the estate there are also Valtellina Superiore Riserva , which has also been awarded the Tre Bicchieri several times.

Valtellina Superiore Sassella Riserva di Rainoldi is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Castione Andevenno and Sondrio.

It is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes, harvested by hand during the first ten days of October. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature with punching down and daily pumping over. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for about 24 months before being bottled.

Sfurzat di Valtellina Fruttaio Ca 'Rizzieri by Rainoldi is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Sondrio and Teglio.

Produced with Nebbiolo grapes, harvested only by hand in the first week of October; they are placed in boxes and dried naturally for about 2–3 months. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature with continuous pumping over. Subsequently, the wine ages in barrique for 16–18 months.
