The Prunotto winery is located on the meandering hills around Alba, on the right bank of the Tanaro river, surrounded by the vineyards of the Langhe and Roero. A fascinating and enthralling territory not only for the natural scenery, colours and wines it offers, but also for the historical testimonies and traditions, including culinary ones, that characterise it.

The Antinori family, captivated by such a setting, decided to tackle this terroir in 1989, with the conviction that they would begin a journey that would lead Prunotto to become one of the most significant companies in the panorama of Piedmontese wine production. One of the historic wines is the elegant Langhe DOC Occhetti, with hints of raspberry perfectly blended with sensations of rose and liquorice that, from the very first sip, will carry you back to the top of the Piedmont hills, as if by magic, thanks to its harmony and delicate tannic.
