Prosecco
It was born in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene , in a land particularly suited to the viticulture of glera. It is a proudly Venetian wine, produced in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia in a total of nine provinces, including Treviso, Vicenza, Padua, Gorizia and Trieste. It has its roots in the 17th century, near the homonymous town near Trieste, the cradle of the Glera grape, but it is in the province of Treviso that this sparkling wine is celebrated in all its splendor, in areas now protected by denomination, also the famous hill of Cartizze. We are obviously talking about Prosecco, the king of aperitifs, the wine that cleared the wine itself : for its joviality, its fine and consistent perlage, for the ease of drinking, characteristics that make Prosecco the "young" sparkling wine par excellence.
It is a wine that goes well with the whole meal , from first courses based on white sauces or fish to second courses based on crudités, crustaceans and seafood. Try it in a special selection designed especially for you, your aperitifs don't ask for anything better.
