Poli Distilleries

The cradle of the Poli Distillery is located in Bassano del Grappa , in the heart of Veneto, a region renowned for the production of Grappa . Founded in 1898 by Giobatta Poli, the distillery, still family run, in its more than one hundred years of history has communicated in every label the effort , tenacity and love that lie behind the creation of grappa, spirits and liqueurs.

An extremely territorial reality, which has its roots in the Veneto terroir, strengthening its bond with each generation, perfecting contemporary production techniques that are grafted on traditions consolidated in previous decades. But Poli is not just machinery, buildings and equipment: it is above all the soul , those of the people who, day after day, have contributed to the growth of a distillery whose products are now enjoying unanimous critical acclaim . Among the many bottles created, a particular mention should be given to the Grappa di Prosecco "Oro Cleopatra" , the synthesis of two products, Grappa and Prosecco , which has always been the symbol of Veneto.
