Podere La Regola
Podere La Regola is a family farm that has its roots in Tuscany on the Etruscan Coast, just 5 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea. The Cecina river that crosses these territories, and the wooded hilly belt with a strong presence of cork oaks that surround them, help to create a temperate microclimate, with nocturnal temperature variations that enhance the aromatic expression of the grapes.
Everything in the vineyard and in the cellar is done to enhance the aromas of the fruit, from the manual harvest of the grapes with the selection of the grains to the vinification with natural yeasts. Not only native vines such as Sangiovese and Vermentino: at Podere La Regola French vines with white and red grapes are also grown, among which Cabernet Franc stands out. All the goodness of the earth, in 100% organic red wines such as Le Prode Rosso and Ligustro, which combine Sangiovese with international vines and the 2016 Costa Toscana Rosso IGT which is pure Cabernet. Do not forget the Vermentino and the fabulous classic method sparkling wine born from the blend of the most fragrant French grapes: Gros Manseng and Chardonnay.
