Pavò

Pavò is a young company from Franciacorta whose history and production philosophy revolve entirely around the figure of the peacock, an animal symbol of vanity and beauty, in which from time to time it is possible to come across the well-kept rows of the company vineyards that almost resemble a real garden. The production range of this winery is in fact made up of labels that want to attract attention first through aesthetics but that keep the promise of an elegant and distinct taste.

Pavò is mainly Franciacorta DOCG, a denomination that it explores in different dosages: Brut marks the stylistic imprint of the cellar, accompanied by a wonderful Satèn with a velvety consistency and Brut Nature Millesimato, characterized by an unmistakable white tissue. A winery that we like for its young and elegant style.
