Considered the oldest in the Mediterranean basin, the wine obtained from Cannonau grapes, is the most famous and representative of the region: a long-aging wine, it is characterized by high gradations and a robust structure , but which thanks to modern oenological technologies can find a greater balance, aromas and aromaticity , obtaining excellent results.

More recently rediscovered but still important and typical of Sardinia there is the wine from Carignano grapes, whose production is concentrated in Sulcis, where the vines are still free-footed , a characteristic that makes them an authentic rarity and heritage of great value for the whole region.

Sardinia is appreciated worldwide also for the famous whites made from Vermentino grapes, which finds ideal conditions in climates influenced by the proximity to the sea , especially in Gallura, where it is able to best express its potential. The only DOCG of Sardinia, Vermentino di Gallura is elegant and refined, with its balanced acidity, its marine flavor and its unmistakable aromas of bitter almond.
