Olianas

With Olianas we are in Gergei, in the heart of the Sarcidano. The Estate comes to life from a great friendship, that between Stefano Casadei and the Olianas family: together, in the year 2000, they lay the foundations for a new wine project. To unite them the sharing of a philosophy of production of quality wines based on respect for the environment, for nature and for people. Today in Olianas organic and biointegral wines are produced, wines that tell of a wild land, with an indomitable character but with a welcoming heart: it is the most authentic face of the island, the one with an intense agricultural and pastoral vocation, of hands dirty with earth and sun that burns the skin. Wines such as Cannonau Riserva , with an intense ruby red color, which releases clear hints of red berries and notes of myrtle and cocoa to the nose. And if you are thinking of a Rosato for a candlelit dinner, you can only make the Nuraghi Rosato yours: a blend of Cannonau and Vermentino, it is a wine with a lively cherry pink color that envelops the nose with fresh floral sensations that accompany delicate hints of cherry.
