Crémant wines are sparkling wines produced using the traditional method, like Champagne, but they originate from different regions of France and Luxembourg . Characterised by a pleasant effervescence and fine bubbles, they offer a great alternative to Champagne at generally more affordable prices. Their structure and complexity come from a minimum of nine months of aging on the lees, which gives them aromas of toast, almonds and a remarkable freshness. Crémants are known for their versatility , proving ideal both as aperitifs and in combination with a wide range of dishes.

Crémant varies in type depending on the region where it is produced, each of which gives the wine its own unique characteristics. The main denominations are Crémant d'Alsace, Crémant de Bourgogne, Crémant de Loire and Crémant de Limoux , all with peculiarities linked to the terroir and the grapes used, ranging from Chardonnay to Pinot Noir and Chenin Blanc. Production also extends to smaller areas such as Jura and Luxembourg, each with its own distinctive style. These sparkling wines are appreciated for their elegance and complexity, while maintaining an accessible and immediately enjoyable character.
