900 is a line of products entirely dedicated to one of the most representative sparkling wines of Made in Italy: Prosecco. 900 because it was a century of innovation , continuous progress and a strong trend towards globalization, the same cardinal principles that guide this modern Treviso reality. But also as a tribute to the inventor of Prosecco, Federico Martinotti who around 900 invented the refermentation method used in the production of Prosecco, known as the Martinotti method or also Charmat, from the name of who patented the equipment to be able to make it.

900 is high class, good taste and innovation, aesthetics, but also a link with Treviso and Valdobbiadene : the mostly ancient vines that make up the 900 vineyards constitute a real "Memory of the Territory" and preserve their character. From here originate prosecco which take on their own characteristics: the Extra Dry of 900, the main dosage of Prosecco, embodies the most typical characteristics of the bubbles such as elegance, hints of Golden apple and a fine perlage; then we find the Extra Dry Millesimato characterized by a lively fruity explosion , the Blanc de Blancs Gran Cuvée Extra Dry which stands out for its excellent balance and the sophisticated and structured Rare Rosé , particularly interesting for its roundness and persistence.
