Nino Franco is among the best known names of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene. A family of "Prosecco artisans" who understood how much Prosecco could be underestimated in terms of quality potential and decided to demonstrate how much it was instead a reference sparkling wine for the Italian panorama. The choice of making wines from very small parcels in which very old Glera plants had been planted, in a fertile soil filtered in the inlets of a rocky layer of pink dolomite in which the roots insinuate themselves, has led the world to change its mind on Prosecco which today it ensures a product highly appreciated for its fresh, young, easy-to-drink consumption, for every moment of the day.

The best results have been obtained from a meticulous selection of the grapes from selected vineyards, starting from the Riva di San Floriano , named for the slope of the same vineyard, from the hill on which the clos Grave di Stecca insists, a vineyard with very origins ancient that better than any other can tell the story of Prosecco, or even from Col del Vent , a romantic place characterized by the beneficial presence of the wind. The choice of producing Prosecco Brut dosage, instead of the traditional Extra Dry, has not been immune from criticism and objections but the most appropriate answer is the one found in the sophisticated quality of these prosecco.
