Miali
Cantine Miali was born in 1886 by Elvino Miali, grandfather of the current owners in Martina Franca, in Puglia, in the heart of the Itria Valley . Over the years the company has evolved and began to specialize in the production of territorial white wines based on Verdeca , Bianco d'Alessano and Fiano Minutolo grapes, with a balanced, soft and fresh taste, particularly appreciated by vermouth producers Piedmontese of the caliber of Cinzano , Martini and Gancia.
Today, under the guidance of Michele Miali and his brother Francesco, he continues a process of technical modernization and qualitative growth , aimed at increasing the spread of Apulian wines in the world , which combines a centuries-old tradition with the most advanced technologies to give life to a special collection of wines that become real artisanal jewels with a refined bouquet. The range consists, among others, of the lines: the Single Vineyard , modern, young and pleasant wines obtained from the vinification of a single variety from a single vineyard; and the Premium Selection , which represents the highest peak of this Apulian reality in terms of quality , which includes the Ametys, Dolcimèlo, Campirossi, Ichore and Fírr wines.
