Medici Ermete - The notes of Lambrusco

A few kilometers separate the headquarters of the Medici Ermete winery, located in Gaida on Via Emilia , from the vineyards where the grapes are grown, which give life to the various labels of the company. A family, that of the Medici, which for more than a century has been dedicating itself to the production of quality Lambrusco , helping to bring this wine into the excellence produced in Italy and exported to every corner of the world.

A winery that today can boast 75 hectares of vineyards, inside which the vines are cultivated with the most modern oenological and agronomic techniques, keeping yields low to create quality labels , the ultimate goal of which is to maximize the primary characteristics of the grape. A milestone that may seem ambitious, but that has been achieved, as evidenced by the various awards that the Medici Ermete winery receives every year. Doc Ermete's Reggiano Secco Assolo comes from the vineyards of Tenuta I Quercioli, located in the province of Reggio Emilia.
