Giuseppe Quintarelli's Rosso del Bepi was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Negrar, in the magical terroir of Valpolicella.
It is produced with Corvina, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After approximately 20 days of maceration, the grapes ferment very slowly for approximately 45 days. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels for 7 years, giving the wine an extraordinary structure.

Giuseppe Quintarelli's Veneto Alzero was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Negrar, in the magical terroir of Valpolicella.
It is produced with Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September. After pressing, the grapes ferment in contact with native yeasts for approximately 50 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 30 months in barrique and for a further 30 months in oak barrels, before being bottled.
