The Tenute La Montina are among the historic farms of Franciacorta , enclosed between Lake Iseo and the spectacular moraine amphitheater of the denomination, within an area particularly favorable for viticulture.

The experimentation in the vineyard allows this Franciacorta reality to explore the different types, the dosages and the aging potential of its bubbles : alongside the classic Brut version, we find the Extra Brut , dry and clean, ideal as an aperitif, with oysters or frying of fish; the Demi-Sec Rosé , with seductive aromas of small berries; Satèn , silky and refined, ideal for a romantic moonlit evening, which brings to the nose enveloping notes of acacia and vanilla, resulting from fermentation in barrique. Not to mention the Brut Millesimato (already awarded the 3 Gambero Rosso glasses), produced only in the best vintages which has hints of yellow-fleshed fruit and toasting, resulting on the palate with good acid verve, full and savory. Pas Dosé Riserva Baiana is also very interesting , the most classic and natural version of La Montina, without any dosage, with great personality and complexity, excellent accompaniment to important dishes such as noble poultry. All the elegance of Franciacorta in a selection to try absolutely !
