In the highly prized range of the Trentino maison, three bubbles of the Perlé collection stand out , protagonists of the history of Italian bubbles, known and widely appreciated all over the world: the "classic" Perlé , the result of a careful selection of mountain Chardonnay, is the bubbles that best summarizes Ferrari art; Perlé Rosé , a Reserve obtained from the unmatched Pinot Noir of the vineyards owned by the Lunelli family; the Perlé Nero , the only Blanc de Noirs in the house, available in the Extra Brut Riserva version .

All vintage, all obtained exclusively from their own vineyards, all awarded by the major national and international guides with scores between 90 and 94 points.
