Not only one of the main Chilean wineries , but also one of the most prestigious organic and biodynamic in the world: this is Emiliana, a young and lively reality whose vineyards extend into the Valle de Colchagua , a sub-area of the Rapel Valley particularly suited to the cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère and Syrah .

The wines are born exclusively from organic and biodynamic agriculture, with very small interventions in the vineyard and a particular attention to sustainability , a commitment made by the property since the 90s . The "Natura" line is inspired by these principles , wines of good drink produced from grapes that express the authentic character of the territory .

The flagship of the company is the "Coyam" (94 pt. James Suckling) , whose name means "oak" in the Mapuche language, which represents one of the best expressions in Chilean territory of vines such as Syrah, Merlot and Carmenère. This refined blend of French grapes has attracted the attention of critics since its debut , when in 2003 it brought back an extraordinary result for biodynamic wines, winning the first prize at the annual Chile Wine Competition. the Organic Brut (92 pt.) , a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir produced in the Casablanca Valley.
