Corteaura
Franciacorta, which remains on the lees
Born according to the will of Federico Fossati, Corteaura is a splendid and young reality of Franciacorta, on the slopes of the municipality of Adro, in the province of Brescia. Taking advantage of the collaboration of Pierangelo Bonomi, a great signature of Italian sparkling wine , this company aims to produce sparkling wines of consistent and very high quality , regardless of what represents a deeply respectful connection to the territory.
Time is certainly a characteristic element of Corteaura. The time that should be given to the sparkling wine because it develops properly throughout its longevity . This slowness with which the sparkling wine refines over the course of 25 months compared to the 18 provided for by the Franciacorta discipline is also evidenced by the logo, which has as its symbol an animal with a symbolic slowness like the turtle.
