A historic winery , a milestone in the Apulian wine history, Coppi was born in the distant 1882: the constancy, perseverance and love for its land that animated this company have made Coppi's wines, in fact, today a reality known all over the world . Although the winery has been producing wine for 40 years, the family has been dedicated to the cult of wine for more than 100 years and, with love and passion, treats more than 100 hectares of vineyards in the South East, between the Bari area and Salento. This is how sunny, friendly and joyful wines, typically Apulian , come to life , also highly appreciated abroad, such as Senatore: produced entirely from Primitivo grapes, it comes from the vineyards of Conversano and comes straight to the heart with its Tre Bicchieri . Pellirosso was born from pure Negramaro grapes , an evocative red that tells all the charm of this grape through its small hints of black berry fruit: the ideal wine to invite to a barbecue with friends. Not to mention Don Antonio , perhaps the most modern: its fermentation takes place following an innovative technique, with carbonic maceration for 7-8 days and malolactic fermentation in Slavonian oak barrels.
