The Formentini family has always been dedicated to the enhancement of the Collio vines , among which the Friulano "Furlanâ" stands out , expression of a variety that in this area boasts a historical presence, a wine with a large and clean bouquet characterized by notes of wildflowers and honey; the Ribolla Gialla "Raiante" , in Friuli "Raggio del Sole", a name that recalls the characteristic sunny climate of this wine-growing area, essential for the ripening of the grapes and the architect of its fragrant floral scents. There are also international vines that choose the Collio as their second home, such as Chardonnay , elegant and fresh, capable of developing its own personality, or Sauvignon "Caligo" , of which the typical aromaticity is preserved through innovative production methods and enhanced the mineral and fruity component.
