Quality, authenticity and a rebellious spirit are the foundations on which Colterenzio bases its philosophy. With no less than three hundred winegrowing families behind it, this 100% eco-friendly winery produces mostly white wines from vineyards spread over a vast area; so vast that the altitudes vary between 230 and 650 metres above sea level, thus giving rise to a wide diversity of wines.
The elegant and structured Pfefferer is a wine made from the homonymous Yellow Muscat biotype, which impresses on the nose with notes of yellow fruit and spices reminiscent of peach, mango and cinnamon, while in its Pink (rosé) version it also reveals persuasive notes of strawberry. The intense Gewürztraminer offers typical notes of yellow rose and lychee on the nose, also present in the refined Gewürztraminer Perelise, while the red wines made from Lagrein and Pinot Noir varities reflect all the elegance and freshness one would expect from authentic South Tyrolean wines.
