Minuty

Founded in 1936 and Cru Classé des Côtes de Provence since 1955, Minuty is today proudly present in more than one hundred countries. Its history is inextricably linked to that of the Matton Farnet family.

Minuty owns 200 hectares of vineyards, all extraordinarily well exposed. 80 hectares are located on the hills of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint Tropez, where wines with a delicate character are born thanks to the influence of the sea breeze. Another 120 hectares are in the inland, at the foot of the Massif des Maures, on the hills of the villages of Vidauban and Verez Ogni.

After harvesting by hand, the grapes arrive in the cellar after delicate destemming and are cooled before vinification. The musts are obtained 60% by gravity, without any pressing, and 30% thanks to light pressing in cutting-edge pneumatic presses with the aim of avoiding oxidation and reducing contact with the skins, to the in order to obtain Rosés with unmistakable characteristics: a pale salmon colour, a rich aromatic expression, extraordinary freshness and refinement.

The historic Minuty M rosé, pure and delicate, leaves room for the mineral notes of the Minuty Prestige , and the innate elegance of the Rosé et Or 2022 and the class of the award-winning Château Minuty 281 , born from a particular Grenache clone exclusive to Château Minuty which today it constitutes the heart of the assembly.
