Chardonnay
Grape probably of Middle Eastern origin, it is in Burgundy that Chardonnay has experienced its maximum evolution, becoming, also by virtue of its unique adaptability, one of the most popular grape varieties in the world. The wines made from Chardonnay grapes are striking for the elegance perceivable on the nose, in which notes of raspberry, vanilla, tropical fruits, peach, tea and rose petals predominate, and for that fascinating mix of alcohol and light sweetness that combines well to its fresh acidity that conquers the palate.
