Maison Deutz produces its Champagnes with grapes from some of the most prestigious villages of Aÿ and Côtes de Blancs , from vineyards classified exclusively as Grand Cru and 1er Cru . Thus was born a very wide range of sophisticated Champagne of pleasure and at the same time of great drinkability that refine for a long time inside the cellars dug into the plaster at 30 meters of depth, acquiring unparalleled elegance and refinement.

Already a member of the Union of Great Brands since its foundation, Deutz experienced an increase in the quality level in 1966, when Louis Roederer became the first shareholder of the Maison , which carried out a project to modernize production technologies but without affecting in the least, even consolidating, the style that makes Deutz one of the best-known champagne manufacturers among fans.

Deutz boasts three Cuvée de Prestige in its range : at L'Amour de Deutz , vintage available in the Rosé (95/100 Wine Enthusiast) and Blanc de Blancs (93/100) versions, alongside the William Deutz cuvée (95/100) , one of the few high-end bubbles to include Pinot Meunier. But it is the whole range that amazes, with scores above 90 points .

The Champagne Brut Classic from Deutz comes from vineyards located in Aÿ, a renowned Grand Cru in the heart of the AOC Champagne.

It is produced with a traditional blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After the classic vinification processes, a small addition of reserve wines is foreseen, followed by sparkling wine by refermentation in the bottle, according to the champenoise method, with subsequent aging on the lees.

Champagne AOC Brut Rosé Deutz

This Champagne Rosé Brut by Deutz is composed of Premier Cru and Grand Cru of Pinot Noir from the Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Avenay, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Verzenay and Tauxières, with a small addition of Chardonnay obtained from the Côte des Blancs (mainly from Avize, Villeneuve-Renneville, Vertus).

At the time of blending, 8% of red wine is added. The sparkling wine ages on the lees for 3 years.
