Cavit (Cantina Viticoltori del Trentino) is a consortium of social wineries that since 1950 has been enhancing its heritage of terroir and products within the national and international wine scene. With the construction of the new cellar and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, Cavit inaugurates, also thanks to the collaboration of the Enological Institute of San Michele all'Adige (Edmund Mach Foundation), the Il Maso wine project: merit linked to a well-defined territory such as Maso Toresella for Chardonnay or Cervara for Teroldego.

In addition to the representative Bottega Vinai line and capable of offering a very varied range of specialties from the Trentino region, the Trentini Superiori line includes wines produced with the best grapes and particularly recognizable for their depth and precision. An example is Brusafer , a Pinot Noir aged in barrique, with hints of herbs, cherry and spicy notes that close the sip in a silky finish. For whites, while the Nosiola Conzal is the typical expression of white mountain flowers and green apple, refreshing and pleasantly savory, the Zeveri is a Müller Thurgau in which floral aromas and clarity in the flavor of the pulp prevail, above all thanks to a prolonged contact with yeasts.
