Franciacorta Pas Dosé was born in vineyards located in Erbusco, in the heart of the magical Franciacorta terroir.

This sparkling wine is obtained from the cuvée of Chardonnay grapes, coming from different vineyards. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for at least 42 months.
