Castelveder
Castelveder is a small family business, founded in 1975 by the intuition of Renato and Elena Alberti who, convinced that the secret of the bubbles was in their land, planted the first cuttings with confidence. A family tradition that continues today thanks to the niece Elena. Ronco del Castellotto, the Madonna della Rosa, the Palazzina and the Cilinder, the Nulli and the Guast and Capelét are the vineyards owned by the winery, where the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are selected by hand. An estate in which Franciacorta becomes poetry, thanks to the creative flair of Elena Alberti Nulli, heart of the company and poet for passion.
The Castelveder cellar, carved out of white majolica, is the cradle of Franciacorta, which remains on the lees for a long time, in the dark, at a constant temperature of 12-14 degrees. The stacks and pupitres, lined up in an austere order, give the environment a surprising atmosphere that seems to emanate something magical, and preserve a Franciacorta Brut with a classic style, a Franciacorta Rosé of great elegance with tantalizing aromas, a Pas Dosé fruit of research of perfection and a velvety and intriguing Satèn. Franciacorta created with attention to every detail, to make you savor the pleasure of the classic Italian method.
