The awareness of walking on a treasure has accompanied Fabrizio Bianchi since the beginning of his adventure, while his Piedmontese culture and passion for Burgundy provided him with the tools to understand the potential of that vineyard to produce a wine of great longevity, rich in vibrant tannins and precious minerals.
