Vermouth Riserva Carlo Alberto is a product of excellence, which comes from refined ingredients and procedures that require experience, delicacy and patience. The recipe still used today is a tribute to the original one from 1837 , when Tumalin Bartolomé Baracco de Baracho , taking inspiration from the recipe of the court cook's aperitif wine, gave life to his personal and exclusive production which continued for two hundred years and which still today goes on.

Riserva Carlo Alberto is a Vermouth di Torino Superiore , whose vinous base is made up of two Piedmontese excellences: the Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG and the partially fermented must from Moscato grapes. The design of the bottle was also conceived taking inspiration from the architectural masterpieces of Turin : Palazzo Madama in the central part in the bottle, the references to Art Nouveau in the neck and in the upper domed part of the bottle, and the colonnade of the Gran Madre di Torino on the inferior. The range of these fantastic vermouths includes Rosso, Bianco and Extradry, to which is added the Carlo Alberto Liquore Salvia & Limone.
