Camossi
Camossi is a company of the Franciacorta tradition , historically rooted in the production territory, which extends for 24 hectares on the shows of the Brescia hills in three municipalities very different from each other in terms of soil and characteristics: Erbusco , Paratico - where Pinot Noir is grown almost exclusively - and Provaglio d'Iseo .
The diversity of terroirs allows you to make cuvées, before the draw, that express the best qualities of the grapes of the different vineyards. The peculiarities of each variety are enhanced even more by the use of the particular SoloUva winemaking method , which does not require the addition of esognei sugars such as sucrose during the production phases but only of the self-produced ones; and by the skill of the winemaker Nico Danesi , a well-known interpreter of Franciacorta, particularly attentive to respecting the needs in the vineyard and the rhythms dictated by nature .
