Bosca - Upstream bubbles since 1831

For almost two centuries, these have been the values that have inspired and made Bosca unique, the sparkling wine house founded in Canelli in 1831. Still in the hands of the family of origin now in its 6th generation, Bosca recounts new ways of experiencing bubbles by transforming the consolidated ritual of the toast in a new and unconventional experience: more daily and inclusive. Alongside the Classic Method and Charmat Method sparkling wines, the company also offers still wines, aperitifs and various low and no alcohol proposals.

The underground cathedrals

The Bosca Cellars are part of the Underground Cathedrals of Canelli declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The majestic vaults and deep cavities tell a story that starts from the heart of Monferrato to make itself known all over the world. A real secular temple, a masterpiece that holds many others starting with their Classic Method sparkling wines.

Esploro rosé sparkling wine is produced by Bosca, a historic Piedmontese sparkling wine cellar.

The wine is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which are vinified in steel. The second fermentation takes place in steel tanks according to the Charmat method.

Soft pink in color and with a fine and persistent perlage, this bubble releases aromas of roses, fruit such as gooseberry, pomegranate and wild strawberry on the nose. The sip is fresh and balanced.
