Yes, because Bolgheri is now synonymous with composure and elegance, with a familiarity with the poetry of wine that interprets important international varieties in relation to the very particular climatic conditions that give resonance to this part of Tuscany. In our case, we are talking about Bell'Aja , a company of 6 hectares of vineyards acquired in 2016, which demonstrates poetic virtuosity in two great similarities: Bolgheri Doc and Bolgheri Superiore .

Bolgheri Superiore Bell'Aja is born from a net prevalence of Merlot grapes, harvested from the first parcel of the vineyard owned by San Felice located in Le Sondraie, in Bolgheri, in a suggestive and fascinating place near the sea expanse, to which small quantities of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are added. The must ferments in contact with its own skins for 25 days, after which it refines in French oak barrels for 18 months.

The Bell'Aja di San Felice comes from the silt-sandy soils of the Bolgheri municipality of Castagneto Carducci, one of the most suitable terroirs for the production of red wine.

It is a wonderful blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested between the end of August and the second week of September. It ferments and macerates in steel for 18 days, then undergoes an aging of 12 months in French oak barriques.
