The Alto Adige valley where Blumenfeld wines are born is a place of choice for native vines such as Pinot Grigio (93 pt Maroni) and Gewürztraminer, a balanced wine with great structure.
Cuvée Weiss is a blend of Gewürztraminer, Moscato Giallo and Sauvignon grapes, rich in aromas and fresh, aromatic and persistent in the mouth.
Another white ideal for an aperitif and incomparable with shellfish is Sauvignon , which smells of typical varietal vegetal notes, also leaving room for floral hints of acacia and fruit ranging from yellow peach to lime.
Also worth trying is the Blumenfeld Pinot Noir and the various types of Gin and Grappa for your cocktails.
