Prosecco Superiore di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Elevantum Valdo
The Prosecco Superiore di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene di Valdo of the Elevantum line originates in the hills of Valdobbiadene.
It is made from Glera grapes, whose harvest takes place at the end of September. After the clusters have been softly pressed, they are sent for fermentation which takes place with temperature control. This is followed by a 5-month sparkling process in a pressurized tank followed by an ageing in bottle of approximately the same duration.

The Champagne Cuvée Brut of Piper-Heidsieck is the result of the union of the classic vines of the Champagne blend, mainly composed of Pinot Noir grapes from over 100 crus distributed in the appellation, and Pinot Meunier from the Grande and Petit Montagne de Reims. The cuvée is completed with a good percentage of reserve wines. Maturation lasts on the lees for at least 24 months.
