Barone di Montalto is a young Sicilian winery at Santa Ninfa, in the province of Trapani, that manages approximately 400 hectares of vineyards, the majority of which are in the Belìce valley.

The winery produces a variety of different wines, among which those using the Passivento method, such as the Passivento Rosso (Mundus Vini, Silver Medal), a highly appreciated true Sicilian wine made with partially dried Nero d’Avola grapes, also available in white and rosè. The Acquerello collection of wines should also definitely be tried. You can choose between the two well balanced fresh and fruity white wines, perfect for vegetarian or fish cuisine, and the two Nero d’Avola or Syrah reds, perfect with barbecued meat and tasty first courses.
