When in 1978 Piero Antinori decided to try to bottle the grapes exceeding the production of Tignanello, he probably did not know that he would give birth to one of the most famous Supertuscans in the world , certainly the most iconic. The Tignanello estate is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, between the gentle slopes enclosed between Greve and Pesa, and here the vineyards enjoy sunny days and nighttime coolness during the growing season. Produced with the most selected Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Sangiovese grapes, Solaia comes to life from the homonymous vineyard. Great meditation wine, this extraordinary label pleasantly satisfies all the senses: from the sight, to which it presents an intense ruby red, to the nose, to which it opens of great impact with fragrant and intense notes of ripe red fruits, enriched with pleasant scents floral and spicy.
