One of the most successful marriages is undoubtedly the one with Rum , which prefers dark chocolate, according to the rule that longer aging must correspond to a greater percentage of cocoa. Grappa and chocolate enhance each other and give an equally satisfying experience, if you let a piece of chocolate melt in your mouth after a sip of distillate.
