With the arrival of the sun, the season of aperitifs with friends has officially begun, perhaps outdoors, on a terrace or in the garden.

Having an aperitif is a tradition that, with the good weather and summer, becomes even more special. It is the perfect time to relax after a day of work, meet friends or simply enjoy the sunset in company. With the warm weather, the aperitif often moves outdoors: terraces, gardens and open-air bars become the ideal places to toast and nibble on something good.

During the aperitif, the choice of wines plays a fundamental role. To refresh and whet the appetite, light and aromatic wines are preferred. Among the whites, a fresh Vermentino or a fruity Pinot Grigio are perfect. If you prefer a rosé wine, the Rosé della Provenza or the Chiaretto del Garda are excellent choices, thanks to their lightness and floral notes. For those who love bubbles, a Prosecco , a Spumante Brut or a Franciacorta are a must, ideal for toasting and starting the evening with vivacity.
